LOOKING FOR EXCHANGES IN AMERICA (in 2024) AND IRELAND (in 2023)- open to non- simultaneous exchanges

our house is divided into two apartments:
Our 2 apartments (2 kitchens , 4 sleepingrooms with private bathroom each , 2 living-rooms and 2 covered terraces.
WE EXCHANGE THE APARTMENT UPSTAIRS, 2 BEDROOMS, 2 SLEEPINGROOMS, ONE TERRACE.

It is situated in a village on an island, but you can easily reach Zadar (by boat-20 min). There are many things to do in Ugjlan, and we can help you plan your trip .

Restaurants, supermarkets, ...it is peatonal , nice beaches (much more beautiful than in Zadar),
many trails for hikers, perfect for bikers.
tennis, golf, diving, diving, amusement park,.....

KRKA national park 70 km, Trogir 139 km, Split 159 km, Plitvice 119km, Kornati by boat, Paklenica, all Unesco Heritage!!!

Some of the places to see on the island :

Ugljan • festivals, concerts, bars, have fun! Beautiful Monastery
Tkon • Departure of the ferry to Biograd (lake where birds come nesting- worth seeing) and to Split
Kali • Good fish restaurant, plates for 3 euros.
Zredlac • nice beaches, relax
Preko • Where the ferry arrives from Zadar. Nice to have a walk along the sea.

Close to the island:

Dugi Otok • Kornati Islands (Unesco) Famous beach "Saharun" No cars on the island
Zadar: Greeting to the sun, sea organ, glass museum.
Biograd: birds nesting
Krka: Wonderful waterfalls
Kornati Islands are close -boat tours directly from our village

Zadar by ferry: every hour, very confortable , till late in the night, also suitable for cars , the journey lasts 20 min. see http://www.jadrolinija.hr/en/ferry-croatia. From Preko, take the bus :10 min to kukljica.
