Large townhouse 8 km from the Adriatic sea several national parks close by
In the old genuine parts of charming Montenero di Bisaccia we have a large townhouse, 8 km from Blue Flag beaches both in Molise and Abruzzo. Sea- and mountainviews from top floor. Discover a hidden gem, with lovely towns like Vasto, Termoli and others. Close to National parks with wildlife and excellent for walking. We have been Intervacmembers before with over 10 successful exchanges, now we have started again.
We might also consider an exchange with our permanent home in Skaane, Sweden, in the countryside just outside Ystad (1,5 hrs from Copenhagen). A big house (330 m2) with garden and terrace, built in 1795. 4 km from lovely beaches (Svarte for ex.). Exceptional historic setting. If interested we can send you pics.

Montenero di Bisaccia is a small town on a cliff, overlooking the Adriatic coastline. Very genuine and all Italian. Larger towns we very much like to visit are Termoli and Vasto. Up in the mountains you can find lovely small towns and villages. Of course you can also eat and drink very well, we have also many nice wineyards. As always with Italy there are som much history and sights, you just have to find them. The countryside is peaceful and mostly farmland. The beaches are lovely, many are Blue flag beaches. Places to visit in Molise; Agnone, Castelpetroso, Sepino, Pietrabbondante, Altilia, Isernia and others. Parco Nazionaledel Gargano you find in Puglia, south of Molise. From Termoli there are ferries to the popular Tremiti Islands. Up in the Appennine mountains you can skii during winter, at Roccaraso for ex. In the mountains you also find national parks with great wild life, large forests, lakes and rivers. There are plenty of hikingpossibilities, with wild life. In Basilicata you find Matera, an old town listed on world heritage list. Also the trullis in Alberobello. We have had our house for 11 yrs now so we are still exploring.
Car is necessary but there are busses from the airports in Rome. With car the journey from Rome is convenient and takes 3-3,5 hrs (A24, 25 /E80).
The national parks are famous:
