Now we are both retired and love to travel. . We are interested in several exchanges. We like big cities (Paris, Lissabon, Stockholm, Oslo, .....) but also nature ..... During the summer months we only want to go north. Exception: Paris - at any time) In 2025 - we are looking for an exchange with Canada - Vancouver ....or USA ( 2 weeks) Finally we are always interested in an exchange with a family in France and good offers all over the world. |

Flat in Wien (Penzing), near castle "Schönbrunn" Austria
We live in a maisonette (2 floors - 130m2) in a small block of 16 flats. On the first floor there are the hall, the living room, kitchen (+ small terrace), bathroom, toilet and a room for guests. On the second floor you can find our study, the book-case, a second toilet and a large bedroom (+14 m2 - terrace). Our house has its own garden where adults can relax and children can play. You can find all shops for your daily needs within walking-distance, including an indoor market and the underground that takes you to the centre (Stephansplatz) in 10 minutes.

CH2259Wir hatten einen sehr guten Austausch, haben uns auch persönlich getroffen, einmal in Nidau, einmal in Wien.
Die Wohnung entspricht dem Beschrieb, ist hell und ruhig. Die Küche war ganz neu. Läden und U-Bahn in 5-Minuten-Distanz.
Ideal um diese tolle Stadt zu entdecken!
