Wir bieten ein Haus mit 170qm Wohnfläche ,5 Zimmer, Küche, 2 Bäder und eine zusätzliche Toilette an.
Das Haus hat aus dem ersten Stock einen phantastischen Rheinblick,den man auch vom Balkon genießen kann.
Unmittelbar ab dem Haus gibt es einen Fahrradweg am Rhein entlang bis zum Zentrum.Wir verfügen über 3 Fahrräder für Erwachsene und 3 Kinderfahrräder.
Bis in die Bonner Innenstadt sind es 7 km ,bis nach Köln 25 Km ,mit dem Auto oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.
Bonn und Umgebung bietet vielfältige Besichtigungen und Unternehmungen: Beethovenhaus, Siebengebirge mit Drachenfels,Loreley,Kölner Dom,Kunst -und Ausstellungshalle Bonn,die Kaiserstadt Aachen,Schloss Brühl,Phantasialand (ähnlich Disneyland), unzählige weltbekannte Museen,Rheinschifffahrt.Haribo-Shop...aber auch Unternehmungen in der Natur wie Wanderungen in Eifel und Siebengebirge sind äußerst attraktiv.

Nous avons une maison de 170m2 avec 5 chambres,2 salles de  bain , une cuisine et un jardin de 450 m2.
Les chambres :Chambre 1 : lit 1,80x2,00m,chambre 2 :lit 1,60x2,00m, chambre 3:1,00x2,00m,chambre 4 :1,20x2,00m.
La maison est directement au bord du Rhin.Il y a une piste cycable qui mène au centre de Bonn (7 km).Nous avons 3 vélos adultes et 3 pour les  enfants.
On peut aussi  rejoindre  Bonn à l´aide du bus et se rendre à Cologne (25 km) par le métro.
Bonn et ses environs offrent de nombreuses activités :
Bonn(maison de Beethoven,plus d´informations sur www.bonn.de) ,Cologne avec ses musées, Aix la chapelle,le chateau Augustusburg à Brühl,Phantasialand(comme Disneyland),visite du Rhin et de ses rivages en bateau, la Loreley,.Haribo-Shop......

Our home has 5 rooms,2 bathrooms and one separate toilette,170 qm.
The rooms :room 1 ,bed 1,80x2,00m ; room2 bed 1,60x2,00 m ;room 3 bed 1,00x2,00 m ;room 4  bed 1,20x2,00m.
The house is situated directly at the river.From here you can go to town by bike on a bike path.
We have 3 bikes and 3 bikes for children.
In our street there is also a bus-stop .
Bonn used to be Germany's capital and has many attractions to offer. One of the highlights is the birthhouse of Germany's famous composer Beethoven. Once a year the city organizes a Beethoven classical music festival with world renown performers and many concerts to attend.
Bonn and Cologne offer a lot of things to do: Hiking in Eifel  or Siebengebirge, Museums,Haribo-Shop ,visiting the Loreley,AAchen,Trier, Drachenfels,visiting the Rheintal by ship or bike,also Bruxelles and Heidelberg are only 2 hours away (by car ).The airport Cologne -Bonn is 20 km away and offers connections to a lot of destinations in Germany and Europe.You can even get very cheap flights to Berlin if booked early in advance.
