Flat in Vienna, Austria
We have already arranged for an asynchronous exchange from 15 July to beginning of August, but there might be the possibility for a further exchange later in the summer. We will move to a new nearby apartment end of June 2024 with an additional room. Photos of the new apartment are not yet available. The current apartment has a size of about 55m2 + 15m2 terrace, the new apartment of about 65m2, a loggia and a balcony.
The suburban train and the tram are within a 5min walk, the subway U6 within 10 min (subway U1 in the new apartment). The tram and the regional train go directly to the first district (city centre) within 15min. The apartment is situated in a quiet road, and has an enclosed childrens playground in the courtyard; the new apartment looks towards a park and playgrounds, and should be quiet as well.

The flat lies in a very quiet neighbourhood, close to a small park and the Danube river. It takes around 15 - 20min to go to the city centre of Vienna via tramway, regional train or bike.

Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Familie, angenehmes Haus in Cholet, nicht weit nach Nantes und Angers
Es war wunderbar, mitten in einem Altstadtviertel von Wien gelegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr groß. Und unser Tauschpartner war sehr flexibel.
Very nice apartment in Toulon, close to the city centre, and also very nice hosts!

So far, we had 8 very nice exchanges (three in Sweden, one in Finland, one in Denmark, one family from Island stayed here, but we haven't been there yet, same for one family from Potsdam, Germany, and three in France). In 2016, we were in Nepal as I (Christian) was there for work during autumn, and Martina and Theo joined me later in November. In 2018 Theo and Martina went to Canada to visit Martinas sister, I (Christian), went hiking in Lapponia.
