Delightful home near Denver
Beautifully decorated home located in a safe and secure community, 20 minutes north of Denver, 30 minutes from Denver International Airport. There is a park, swim pool, and pickle ball courts one block from my house, Our neighborhood includes 2 pools, 3 tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, and a public golf course for your use.
Our home has a large main bedroom with a king size bed with a private bathroom and a balcony. The second bedroom has a futon bed that can sleep 2. We have a beautifully landscaped yard with patio for outdoor dining and a gas grill.
30 minute drive to Denver, where you can enjoy the newly renovated Union Train Station with many restaurants and shops, the Denver Art Museum, the Botanic Gardens, historic Larimer Square with many boutiques and restaurants, and the Brown Palace (historic hotel with restaurants). There is also a good zoo, 2 large city parks with lakes and grass lawns good for picnicking. There is a large amusement park in the middle of Denver with rides and roller coasters, and a few water parks for children with water slides and other water rides.
If you enjoy nature, we are close to the mountains. Rocky Mountain Park is one hour away with many beautiful hikes with lakes and mountain meadows. Vail is a 2 hour drive and Aspen is 3 hours - these are both picturesque and charming mountain towns. You can visit the mountains for a day trip and hike or an overnight trip.

About the neighborhood
We live in a community built around a golf course, with 2 swimming pools, 3 tennis court, 3 pickle ball courts. There is a variety of restaurants within the community - such as Mexican, Sushi, sports bar, hamburgers and a coffee shop. There is a huge supermarket 4 minutes from my house. Our development is 30 minutes from DIA and 30 minutes from downtown Denver and one hour from the mountains.

Very good to work with. Apartment had a wonderful view and decorated with fun and contemporary furnishings. They went out of their way to make sure our visit was good and we were well taken care of. They were easy to communicate with and were quick with their responses and full of information. It was one of the best trips we have ever had. I would highly recommend them as exchange partners.
The flat was lovely, clean and tastefully furnished. The beds were comfortable and it was very large and roomy. They were good to work with - very nice couple.
Christiane was very good to work with. She was prompt with her communication and very helpful with her information. She was patient and agreeable - a good hostess - she put out a lot of effort to make my stay there very pleasant. Her flat was wonderful - neat and clean - building with character and beautiful architecture - perfect for a single person or a couple visiting Paris. It was in a nice part of the city just north of Sacre Coeur. There was easy access to the metro - with a few choices of stations close by only a few blocks from her place. I would highly recommend her place to stay.
Diane was very good to work with. She was prompt with her replies and generous with her information. Her home is in a lovely, wonderful neighborhood called Park Slope - lots of beautiful old tree lined street with many cafes, restaurants and delightful little shops close by. It was easy to catch a train into the city each day - a choice of train stops close by to choose from. Her place was clean and neat and full of character. It was overall a great experience.
