"2-Person"-Flat VIENNA at the beautiful lake „Old Danube“
Hey! this flat is located directly in front of the swimming lake of vienna. I live here since one year and I am the first person to live in this beautiful flat (the house was built 2020). The flat is not really big (only 48 square meters and 10 square meters balcony) but i live allone and thats just right for me. It has a big bed (200x180) and a couch (200x140) you can also use as a bed. As sayed I just moved in last year in October. Due to the fact that this flat is my first flat ever I bought the inventary new so everything is clean and modern. I especially like my kitchen :) you will find everything you need there!

About the neighborhood
Floridsdorf is the 21. district of Vienna and its a typical "working-class" district. Floridsdorf differs from area to area a lot. My flat is located in a very popular are of Floridsdorf because it's near to the "Alte Donau" lake and the "Doanupark" wich is the biggest park in Vienna.
In the winter the lake often freezes and you can go ice skating on it. In the summer its a nice lake for swimming, surfing and sailing (but its not easy to sail because its narrow and the wind turns a lot).
You can explore Floridsdorf and see the "real" all-day-life of Vienna with very less tourists. However, if you want to go to the city center you can take the bike (7 min) to the Station "Floridsdorf" and take the S-Bahn to "Wien Mitte" (15 min). "Wien Mitte" Means "Vienna Middle (central)" so you are directly in the first district of the beautiful city of Vienna. There you find a lot of museums and everything Vienna is known for. I recommend to eat in a traditional restaurant of the "Wiener Küche" with Schnitzel & co. The Name is: "Zur Gruab'n Alexandra Richter" ask me if you need details. Or a really good Pizza at "That's Amore" Restaurant.

I am 23 years old an i was born in vienna austria. I have done several excanges with my family already (we have had exchanges to canada italy sweden amsterdam …)
Now i have my first own flat and i want to make home exchanges by my own :)
