We are located 1/2 way to both Downtown Los Angeles and Santa Barbara which means you have easy access to the must see parts of Los Angeles while you stay in an area with grocery, services, restaurants, wine, entertainment, movies, and shopping close by. Different, wonderful beaches are 25 minutes via beautiful drives through any of 3 local canyons. Our area Oak Park/Westlake Village has dependable weather and blue skies.

Our townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and our back patio is set up for dining/barbecue. There is a large grassy open space that is our "front yard". The pool with spa is 2 minutes away. Many parks with tennis and pickle ball and a variety of trails are minutes to a short walk away.

Downstairs the living room and dining area is open with high ceilings. and is off the entry to the right. The powder bath, bedroom and full kitchen, family room are to the left of the entry. Our patio with table for 6 and barbecue and garden can be entered off the living area or family room. The laundry/garage is across the patio. The upstairs master has a California king bed + bath (2 sinks + shower) overlooks the green space. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The upstairs hall bath has a tub/shower.

Areas to see on your visit are Port Hueneme, Ventura, Downtown LA, Universal City, Griffith Park, Pasadena, West Hollywood, Venice/Santa Monica, Long Beach, Catalina Island, Newport Beach/Laguna Beach. All have their own atmosphere for spending the day. San Diego, the Hearst Castle and Paso Robles all deserve 1, 2 or more nights if you like side trips.
